Terms of Service
Last updated: 3 June 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website at promostar.co.in and any related services provided by Promostar Media Private Limited (“Promostar”, “we”, “us”). By using the site you agree to these Terms.
1. Who we are
Promostar Media Private Limited is a private limited company incorporated in India with its registered office in New Delhi. References in these Terms to “we”, “us” or “our” are to Promostar Media Private Limited.
2. Use of the website
You may use the website for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:
- Use the site in any way that breaches applicable law.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, servers, accounts, or related systems.
- Use any automated means (bots, scrapers, crawlers) to access the site in a way that puts disproportionate load on it or that violates the site’s robots policy.
- Misrepresent your identity or affiliation when contacting us.
3. Intellectual property
All content on this website — logos, text, graphics, page design, and source code — is the property of Promostar or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of this content without our prior written permission, except for ordinary browser caching and personal, non-commercial viewing.
Trademarks of third parties referenced on the site (for example, Google, Google Ads, Meta) belong to their respective owners and are used here for descriptive purposes.
4. Engagements
Nothing on this website constitutes an offer to contract on specific terms. An engagement between Promostar and a client is created only by a separately signed engagement letter or services contract. The website may describe services we offer in general terms, but exact scope, deliverables, timelines, and fees are negotiated and confirmed in writing for each engagement.
5. Third-party platforms
We help our clients run advertising on third-party platforms including Google Ads and Meta. Your relationship with those platforms is governed by their own terms (the Google Ads API Terms of Service, the Google Ads policies, and the equivalent for Meta). We comply with those terms when acting on a client’s behalf, and we expect clients to do the same with respect to the campaigns they own.
6. No professional advice
Content on this website is informational. It is not legal, tax, accounting, or specific investment advice. You should not rely on it as a substitute for advice from a qualified professional for your situation.
7. Disclaimer of warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the website is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of viruses or other harmful code.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Promostar will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the website, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any direct damages arising from your use of the website (separate from any engagement contract) is limited to INR 1,000.
9. Privacy
Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy. Our handling of data accessed through the Google Ads API is described in our Data & API Usage policy.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above will reflect the latest revision. Continued use of the site after a revision constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
11. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts of New Delhi will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, subject to any contrary provision in a signed engagement contract.
